             The One with The Roadtrip

In the 26th of September we had our educational field trip in Laguna. Our field trip was kind of different because of the circumstances happened. Our first destination is in Paete, Laguna. It was a good experience because of their cultures like the church named The Roman Catholic Church of Saint James the Apostle or commonly known as Church of Paete and Paete is also known as the Carving Capital of the Philippines they're famous of their carving sculptures.

After a long bus ride we reach our second destination which is the UPLB Botanical Garden but in my surprise we need to stay to the bus and roam around UPLB because of the time. I think most of us in the bus quite dissapointed you can see in their faces if you imagine. While we are going back to Manila heading to Lakbay Museo our third and last destination were so tired of sitting inside the bus but it was fun and memorable me and my classmates we're all tweeting about the fieldtrip. Most of the time in our fieldtrip was staying on the bus most likely its just more ROADTRIP as we were saying.

After a long wait we reached our final destination which is "Lakbay Museo" in Manila near Mall of Asia. Lakbay Museo offers 14 unique experiences in 11 different destinations and lets you travel to Luzon, Visayas and, Mindanao and get to know more about Philippine history and culture. Its a great experience to be in there I had alot of fun after. After that we headed back to school and we arrived around 9:40 in the evening and that's pretty much it.

You Are Beautiful

"You are beautiful." H ave you ever felt insecure about the way you look? Have you ever felt the need to change a part of your body? These are some of the reasons why people want to get cosmetic surgery. But what is cosmetic surgery? Cosmetic Surgery is a kind of surgery that involves transforming, reordering or refining a part of your body to improve one's appearance. It was believed that Cosmetic Surgery began to develop after World War 1 due to war injuries. Cosmetic surgery was mostly performed to fix a broken nose or patch up burned skins. But as time goes by, people started to think of this as a way to change their appearances. People started wanting to get cosmetic surgery. We have created a poll on Twitter, asking people their thoughts about cosmetic surgery. In less than 24 hours, we got the results. The majority vote was the affirmation side where 93% said they agree on cosmetic surgery.   Their answers all have the same point: is that they agree b...

"COSMETIC SURGERY?, it's a yes"

Admit it or not, in our world now—  we judge and being judged by our appearances . Physical attributes are what we get to see first, aren't we? It sounds hypocrite when people say that "Face does not matter, what matters is what the hearts says"— because people tend to judge through their naked eyes. We want to become more noticeable to the people around us.    Our desire to look better requires different procedures. It depends on which part you want to change or to enhance. Our culture as well, affects our standards of beauty.   In Asian countries, we start from transitioning our skin color from brown to white . By people’s wants and development, they started nose lifting. After anesthesia came to the world, plastic surgery became easier and introduced to the world.      Plastic surgery  is a surgical treatment that involves the restoration and reconstruction of the human body. It is  divided into t...

𝓬𝓸𝓼𝓶𝓮𝓽𝓲𝓬 𝓼𝓾𝓻𝓰𝓮𝓻𝔂 I n the Philippines even though lots of people in social media say that cosmetic surgery should not be a big deal, the toxic culture here still judge people on what they do, there are things that people want to do but because of other’s opinion they’re scared to do it. But does their opinion really matter? C osmetic surgery is a procedure that an individual undergoes to in improving their self-esteem. Someone who is insecure about their face or body has a high chance of going through this surgery. Plastic surgery is your own choice, and in Gwen’s perspective, plastic surgery is okay because at the end of the day it's your body, your money, your life, and your decision. So, if you are so insecure about a part of your body, then what's the problem of undergoing a cosmetic surgery? On the other hand, we also have to be very careful because cosmetic surgery can be addictive and it can make someone look unrealistic. G rowing u...
