This previous 26th of September, our school had an event. It's our annual Fieltrip! Actually this is the last Fieldtrip for some of us grade 10, especially for the ones who’s going to be transferring schools (L). But today, I’m going to be telling you all about my experience that day.

It was 5:15am when me and Shanice went to the school. I really thought that we would be late since we left home late and it was traffic, but thankfully we went in school on time. All of us students are looking forward on what will happen, so the excitement in our faces could really be seen. After a short while, the teachers guided us to our buses and arranged us with our assigned seats. I was seated beside, Nics!! I was so happy since the people around me are my close friends.

At about a quarter till 6am, we left the school. After some time inside the bus. A tour guide introduced himself, his name was “Kuya Carlo”. He was a very funny guide, so we really didn’t got bored inside the bus while going to the first stop, which is the Stop over at SLEX.

When we had our stop over, me and friends went to the restroom and we also went to Mcdonalds to buy some breakfast. After like 30 minutes our bus left to go to the next destination. Our next destination was in Paete.

We went in a very old church, The St. James the Apostle Parish Church. The ambiance of the church made me feel like I’m part of the past. Me and my friends missed some information about the church since we immediately went to the restroom right after the guide told us to go to the church. But still we enjoyed seeing the majestic visual of the church.

After touring around the church, we watched 2 guys do some animal carvings using fruits and ice. The outcome of their pieces was very amazing, I wish I had the talent to do such thing. After the show we went on a street full of souvenir shops. And after that, we rode the bus to go to our next destination.

We were supposed to go in a museum called “ The museum of National History” at UP Los Baños. We were also supposed to eat lunch at their Botanical Garden, but due to the heavy traffic we just rode the bus roaming around the UPLB.

Finally, the last destination. The ride going to our last destination was so looooooong. All of us in the bus got bored because of the traffic at SLEX. So, our teacher/Coach Keith made us play some logic games and whoever win will have a price. It was really fun! Everyone enjoyed it, and I was actually one of the winners!

When we finally stopped in our last destination, we went inside a mall called S maison. It was a mall located in a Hotel called Conrad. Inside the mall is where our destination was, It was called "Lakbay Museo". My first impression about lakbay museo was that, It was so bright. The colors in their main entrance was so cute, even the inside of the museo was cute. It was very attractive looking because of the colorful surrounding.

Inside the Lakbay Museo was like the whole Philippine traditions in one place. Even the people who are working there are dressed up with different traditional clothes from the Philippines. From there, We learned a lot about the places here in the Philippines starting from Luzon to Mindanao just because of that. We got the chance to learn about their culture, trademarks, clothing, talents, and food. I really wish that we could roam around there for a long time, but sadly we can’t.

After our Lakbay Museo, It’s finally time to go home. Sadly, from this long fieldtrip or should I call a RoAdTrIP, we only got 2 stops. But, nevertheless all of us still enjoyed it. On our way home me and nics went on the back side of the bus to chat with the others. All of us who are at the back just chattered about stuffs which made us all not realized that we were already back in our school. It was almost 10pm when we went home.
