Going on a Educational trip means more than simply leaving the school grounds. Educational trips should always have a major educational element, but the impact of Educational trips can extend much further. The importance of Educational trips includes giving students the chance to build closer bonds with their classmates, experience new environments and enjoy a day away from the classroom
When students and teachers are together outside the classroom, new educational environments and experiences are possible. Students may have the opportunity to observe many things that are not available at school, including exotic wildlife, rare plants and maybe even the stars.
First thing I did is I obviously woke up lmao then I started preparing by 4:00 am instead of 3:30 but I decided it was too early to prepare by 3:30 then I almost got late haha. I went into school by 5:36 and I almost got left by the bus. I started panicking when I saw one bus left the school ground while i was on my way to the school but luckily I was able to make it. At first I didn’t really do that much since most of my friends are at the back seat then I got bored so we decided to play charades but then our adviser noticed that we were too loud at the back so she told us to seat and be quiet instead (lmaooo). Then it was a long ride going to Paete Laguna, we spent most of our time on our bus instead of the destination. While on our way we decided for some quick stop at one of the gas station then the guy told us to buy our breakfast especially for those who didn’t pack their own breakfast since we are not going to have another quick stop on our way.
Paete Laguna is one of the most relaxing town i’ve ever seen. You can clearly see the peacefulness in their environment and their lifestyle in such a small town. It was really amazing because the town reminds me of one of the disney animated movies. The town was really small and the houses are small and narrow but the architectural designs were relaxing and it’s giving me 1900s vibes. It’s like one of the towns that you see on a disney movies where you will wake up early in the morning to buy some breakfast and you pretty much know everyone and you have this amazing relationship with everyone across the small town. Then after our tour in the town we went on this old catholic church and then they told us the history of the church, some facts and trivias about the town, the legends and the myths of Paete Laguna and they told us that their city is known as the “Carving capital of the Philippines”. After a little trivias in the church, the tour guide led us on our way to the the stage and spectate some fruit carvings and ice carvings that were done by some professional carvers from Paete. After that they told us to roam around a little bit to buy some snacks and souveneirs or take pictures of the town. Then we went back on our bus to go to our next destination.
It was a really long ride heading back to Manila since it’s already afternoon that time so we encountered heavy traffics and there is also an ongoing road repair along SLEX. We were also supposed to go to the botanical garden in UP Los banos to
eat our packed lunch in there but since we have no that much time the authorities decided to continue our way going to Manila. We got really bored inside the bus because of the traffics and the road repair in SLEX at this point we were already looking for some ways to entertain ourselves. Then me and my friends decided to go infront of the bus to have a little chitchat with our teachers and advisers and also with our tour guide. We also decided to pull a prank for those who are sleeping at the back. We opened the mic and fooled everyone by saying we are on our destination although we are only halfway through. The prank was good btw, I wish we got that on camera. Then coach keite decided to play riddles to keep the entertainment inside the bus. Then finally after hours of waiting, WE OFFICIALLY ARRIVED ON OUR DESTINATION.
At this point of our Fieldtrip we are at Lakbay Museo located in Conrad Manila near SM Mall of asia. The entrance was good, the interior was colorful and you won’t really actually expect what’s inside the museum. We waited for a few moments at the entrance and then there was this guy who told us what to do and what to expect inside the museum and other things like that. Then we went inside already the museum and I was surprised by the designs and how fun and colorful it looks like. It’s literally something straight out of my childhood dream (my 5 years old self is screaming at this point). Then yeah it was really cool. We played a little games inside and we had a little free taste about our local food, and then had a little photoshoot since the place is kinda instagramable af. Then the museum was actually divided into four rooms and each rooms have different designs and theme. The first one is like store/market or what we call here as “tindahan” or “palengke”. Then the second one was a church theme and btw each rooms have free foods according to their national theme. Then we watched a small dance performance prepared by the performers in the museum. Then the third room was a Volcano Albay inspired room. There’s basically just a reprised structure of Mayon volcano and the iconic church beside the Mayon. Then the fourth room was inspired by corals and reefs. It literally feels like you are in the set of the live action Little Mermaid. It was cool as well it was colorful and there are a lot of fake corals and reefs around the room there are also some hanging bling blings above. Then that’s it we made it to the final room which is the souveneir shop. Then my class decided to buy the picture of us that was profesionally taken by the photographers inside the museum. Then that’s it! It might not be the most fun and exciting field trip of all time, but I will forever cherish each second, minute and memories I had with my friends and my fellow classmates during field trips. I will forever miss our school trip. Til our next Enchanted Kingdom guys! char.

Bonus!!!
I got REALLY stressed on our way back home because of the freaking Jollibee orders because, we made our quick stop in Jollibee since most of us are hungry and we haven’t eaten yet. Then our adviser came up with the idea that there will be only two or five persons who’ll pick up the orders of everyone inside the bus so that it won’t be crowded inside the store. Then of course as my job as Srgnt and arms we decided that we will be the one who’ll take the orders and TAKE NOTE I was sick during the whole field trip day because I have cold and flu that time so I wasn’t really feeling well but I decided to pick up the orders anyways. Then during my turn to state my orders to the cashier, there are a little bit of misunderstandings because I was ordering way too much food and the cashier was having a hard time to understand my list since it was rushed and she couldn’t also understand what I was trying to say because I can’t really focus because I wasn’t feeling well. Then everything was going smooth already until I was already distributing the orders and their moneys. Plus the receipt was hard to understand. So I was distributing their orders and their moneys and I was holding way too much Jollibee foods and then yeah basically It was a mess I even spilled one cup of coke and yeah I was having a hard time already and I was already stressed. Then we noticed that Andrea’s order wasn’t included the server forgot to give us Andrea’s order but it was included in the receipt. We tried to go back to pick up the order that was left but since there are heavy traffics along the way we decided not to and at this point I cried because I was already stress and I wasn’t feeling well and I felt like a failure HAHAHAHA and then I told andrea to eat my order instead because I feel bad for her but then she declined. Then everyone was telling me to calm down that everything is fine and that I should eat first and yeah things like that to comfort me. Then Ms Erika went to me and said “Don’t cry na my bebe boi you eat na!” 😍😩😭💕then yeah I ate my jollibee already. Then I decided to save half of my chicken for andrea so that she can eat as well.
